Willie “Billie” Mae Mullican, age 75, of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away in the comfort of her home and surrounded by her loved ones, on Friday, May 20, 2022.
Born July 14, 1946, to the late Roy and Anna Smith, Sr., Billie devoted her life to being a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, Nanny and great Nanny. Billie was a former dietician having worked with The Medical Center of Manchester for over fifteen years. She loved cooking for others and was an excellent cook. Billie was an avid golfer who loved listening to music, especially Kenny Rogers, singing karaoke on her porch, reading books and antique hunting. Billie will surely be missed by her loving family and friends.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of forty-two years, Randy H. Mullican; one daughter, Patty Michelle Mullican; and two brothers, Roy Holland Smith, Jr. and Gary Smith.
Survivors include one son, Randy (Misty) Mullican; one daughter, Tammy (Kevin) Condra; three sisters, Pam (Jimmy) Phillips, Mary Ellen (Gene) Logan and Jody (Jerry) Caylor; four grandchildren, Tylor (Katlyn) George, Patrick Mullican, Hannah (Ryan) Elliott and Kyle Ryan (Laurie) Condra; eight great grandchildren, several special nieces and nephews; special friend, Maci Jacobs and beloved dog, JoJo.
Funeral Services will be held at Manchester Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 2PM, with Bro. Martin Bowlin officiating.
The family will receive visitors, at the funeral home, from 10AM until time of services.
Interment to immediately follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
