Treva Irene (Mahaffa) Bundy

Treva Irene Bundy, age 77, of Morrison, TN, passed away at her residence on April 6th, 2024. She was born on February 9th, 1947 to parents Charles and Mary Mahaffa in Coffee County, TN.

She is preceded by her father, Charles James Mahaffa; mother, Mary Margarette Elam; husband, Donald Paul Bundy; and brother, James Michael Mahaffa.

She is survived by her son, Bradley Lee Bundy; daughter, Bridgett Renea Bundy; brother, Horace Rayford Mahaffa; grandchildren, Justin Lee Morrison, Layla Renae Bundy, Korey Riley Bundy; and great grandchildren, Briar Lee Buckner, Peyton Clyde Chapman, Kinsey Grace Hunt, and baby Marshall Paul.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandma; She was always happy. Her family was her world, and she was theirs. She was selfless and would sacrifice anything for her family and those that she loved no matter what was going on or the time of day.

She found great joy in working with numbers and accounting. She did accountant work for Bundy Trucking and World Lumber, which continued way after her retirement.

She was a dedicated church member, devoting over 60 years to Pocahontas Church of Christ. She loved the lord and loved singing praises to him; and her family loved hearing her sing those praises as well.

She loved cooking for her family and gathering together for meals. She enjoyed canning, putting up her husband’s garden, and having flowers both inside and outside the home. She loved music as well as singing and dancing with her family. She also enjoyed watching the Titans games with family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 from 11:00 until 2:00 in the afternoon with funeral services beginning at 2:00 PM at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hope Well Cemetery in Pocahontas, TN.
