Mary “JoAnn” Hensley, age 72, of Tracy City, Tennessee, passed away, in the comfort of her home and surrounded by her loved ones, on Monday, December 20, 2021.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland on May 21, 1949, to the late Royce and Bernice Cersley, “JoAnn” devoted her life to being a loving daughter and mother. A very truthful and caring woman, “JoAnn” was always more than willing to help others in any way she could. In her spare time, she enjoyed ceramics, owning and operating J&C Ceramics in Arcadia, Florida for over ten years, fishing and caring for animals.

Other than her parents, preceding her in death is one daughter, Rachel Burton and one brother, Clay “Butch” Ruby.

Survivors include two sons, Tommy Hensley and Royce (Lindsey) Hensley; four grandchildren, Emily Hensley, Taylor (Dalya Sanders) Hensley, Joshua Hensley and Peyton Hensley; and one great grandchild, on the way, Weston.
