Mrs. Josephine P. Reed, age 85, of Bristol, TN passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at The Rutherford Assisted Living in Murfreesboro, TN. She was born September 18, 1937, in Logan, WV, to the late Allen and Josie Grimmett. Mrs. Reed attended Sacred Cross and Cornerstone Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Kenneth M. Reed, 8 brothers and 3 sisters and precious mother-in-law and friend, Hazel Reed. She is survived by her daughters, Babette (Scott) Winchell, Bridget Dawson; grandchildren, Dustin (Sherry) Miller, Stacey (Stephanie) Winchell, Megan (Mark) Large, Brandon Dawson and Brittany Dawson; great grandchildren, Chloe Miller, Kaley Winter, Brandon Dawson, Bella Chandler, Emmie Large, Beckham Large and Bryson Dawson; and special niece Ginger (Dennis) Hurley.
