JoEllen Lowery

Funeral services for Mrs. JoEllen Lowery, age 73, of Summitville, will be conducted at 2:00PM on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Summitville Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held prior to the service from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Lowery passed from this life on Friday, March 26, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.

JoEllen was born to the late Ross and Becky Harmon. JoEllen was born and raised in Summitville, TN. JoEllen was a Christian.  

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Harmon and Johnny Harmon; aunt, Sue Stacey; in laws, Archie and Rubie Lowery. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Billy Joe Lowery; two uncle, Leroy Harmon (Mini), Joe Carr; Several nieces, nephews, and other family members.

To Many Special family, friends, and neighbors you have been a blessing to me.
