Jerry Wayne Bush Sr.

Jerry Wayne Bush Sr., age 70, of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital, in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born on Monday, November 10, 1952, the son of the late Virgil and Emma (Crews) Bush.

Mr. Bush was a believer in the Christian Faith that enjoyed building stuff and collecting baseball cards, stamps, and old coins, but out of everything he enjoyed doing, spending time with his grandchildren was his favorite.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bush is preceded in death by his brothers, Gary Bush, Randall Bush, and Windell Bush, sisters, Lucille Sherrill, and Lucretia Bush. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sylvia Bush; sons, James Pogue, Jerry W. Bush Jr., and Bruce Bush; daughter, Crystal Roulett, and Jennifer Fults; brother, Winfred Bush; grandchildren David, Emily, Rebecca, Trenton, Andrew, Halie, Jordan, Issac and Elijah; 3 great-grandchildren with one on the way.
