Ms. Brenda Jean Stacy, age 70 of Manchester, was born on June 5, 1953, in Chattanooga, TN, to the late Alonzo and Dorothy Rust Toth. She was a Registered nurse for 51 years before her retirement. Brenda enjoyed cross stitching, travelling, and was said to be a collector of many things, and a wonderful cook, especially her famous cheesecake, mac & cheese, and chicken salad, but her greatest love came from spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, and her little fur baby, Lucas.
Brenda is survived by her loving daughters, Ashley Benson and her husband, Brian, and Jamie Jernigan and her husband, Andrew; grandchildren, Aleigha Walls (Jordan), Julien Jernigan, Alivia Jernigan, and Jaxon Benson; sister, Sherry Parham; nephews, Scotty Parham (Casey), Nicholas Parham, Seth Parham (Kassie), and Dane Parham (Jessica); first cousins, Tamela Sadler (Byron) and Shane Rust; several extended family members, special work family, and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held with the family on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Manchester Funeral Home, from 4 – 8 PM. The family has asked if you have photos of their mother, please bring them to share with others.
