Arthur Moe Brandon

Mr. Arthur Monroe “Moe” Brandon, age 79, of Estill Springs passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023.   He is the son of the late Hoyt and Zadie Jacobs Brandon of Beechgrove.  In addition to his parents, Monroe is also preceded in death by his sisters, Evelyn Lawson and Nina McCollough; mother-in-law, Musa Ray Helton; son in law, Andy Goodman; and daughter in law, Tammy Hill Brandon.   Mr. Brandon was retired from B.F. Goodrich.  He loved his family and friends with all of his heart.  Moe was always willing to lend a hand when someone needed help moving, fixing something or if they wanted to go to Marvin’s in Fayetteville to eat. 

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Linda Sue Brandon; son, Jeff Brandon (Martha); daughters, Tammy Brandon Luna (Tracy), Sherri Hill (Tracy), Tonya Goodman and Susan Sons; brothers, Bill Brandon (Shirley), Larry Brandon (Crystal); sister, Jessie Vaughn, 9 Grandchildren: Spencer, Nathan, Lindsey, Chloe, Isabella, Emma, Amelia, Easton and Piper and 1 great grandchild, Henry. 

Serving as pallbearers are: Billy Brandon (nephew), Spencer Hill (grandson), Nathan Hill (grandson), Easton Brandon (grandson), Steve Bell (nephew) and John Young (granddaughter's fiancé) along with Monroe's lifelong friend, Mr. Bruce Snell, serving as honorary pallbearer. 

Visitation with the Brandon family will be Sunday, April 30, 2023 from 5:00 till 8:00 PM at Manchester Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 1, 2023 at Manchester Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Beechgrove Cemetery.
