Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Jean Vincent, age 76, of Manchester, will be conducted at 11 AM on Monday, September 27, 2010 at Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James Snipes officiating. Burial will follow in the Asbury Cemetery. Visitation with the Vincent family will be from 5-9 PM on Sunday, September 26 at the funeral home. Mrs. Vincent passed away on Saturday at Manchester Healthcare.

Mrs. Vincent was born in Huntland, TN, the daughter of the late Elbert Nathan and Flora Gifford Money. She was a supervisor for Eden Industries for 25 years and a member of the Jehovah’s Witness congregation in Manchester. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Vincent was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Money; sister, Dorothy Good; grandchild, Andrew Wayne Boswell; and great grandchild, Tyler Parson. She is survived by a son, Randy Vincent of Manchester; three daughters, Carol Diane Boswell of Belvidere, Sharon Denise Allen of Morrison and Donna Jean Vincent of Manchester; one brother, Billy Money of Murfreesboro; three sisters, Mary Ann Sherrill and Nancy Henley of Decherd and Betty Harrell of Manchester; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
